Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.​Google Docs

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options across India:​

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days​

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping provider.​

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.​

4. Delivery Areas

Currently, we ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.​

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment’s progress using the provided tracking number.​

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, logistical challenges, or high demand may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.​

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@flowvize.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.​
