1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.Google Docs

We offer the following shipping options across India:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping provider.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
4. Delivery Areas
Currently, we ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment’s progress using the provided tracking number.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, logistical challenges, or high demand may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@flowvize.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
